Klivka is the data controller for this site. We use account email addresses for sign-in, security, verification, and service messages. Marketing subscriptions are separate and optional. You can export your Klivka data and permanently delete your account. Database backups expire after 30 days. For questions or privacy requests, contact [email protected].
Acquisition and referrals
On the hosted service, we use an encrypted first-party cookie to remember how you found Klivka for up to 30 days. We count arrivals by source and campaign, not unique visitors. If you register, we save your first, latest, and credited sources with your account, plus activation and reminder follow-through timestamps. A customer referral can link your account to the referrer's account. These acquisition records do not contain relationship content, contact details, search terms, or full landing URLs. Reports are internal only. Account-linked records are removed when you delete your account; anonymous arrival totals remain. We do not add third-party advertising trackers for attribution.
